Laleh Davarnia is a Data Analyst II in the Office of Medical Education at the Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine (KPCOM). In her role, she leads the development, management, and optimization of data-driven reports and interactive dashboards that support academic assessment, accreditation, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. With a robust background in data visualization, analytics, and reporting, Laleh is proficient in tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and SQL. She leverages these technologies to transform complex datasets into actionable insights for faculty, administrators, and institutional leaders. Laleh is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence at Nova Southeastern University, where she is expanding her expertise in advanced analytics, machine learning, and data science. Driven by a passion for improving educational outcomes through data, Laleh plays a pivotal role in cross-departmental projects focused on curriculum mapping, grade reporting, and performance tracking. Her work helps inform decision-making and supports student success across the institution.
