Graduate Medical Education:
Pre-clinical OMS-II Research Fellowship program:

PFRDG Grant
PFRDG directly supports NSU's research-focused core values and strategic priorities by providing seed money for new research, expanding current research initiatives to new levels of competitiveness, and supporting scholarly activities that contribute to general disciplinary knowledge. Each PRG award is funded 50% from interest on university-invested funds, and 50% from the winning applicant’s College as matching funds.
Quality of Life Grant
Quality of Life Faculty Community-Based Applied Research Grants are awarded for proposals which fall under one or more of the following 6 categories: Autism; Criminal Justice; Children and Families; Adult General; Elderly Services; and Foster Care.

Nova Southeastern University's Division of Research and Economic Development (DoR) supports NSU Research's innovative faculty within its colleges, centers, and institutes in the development of their ideas, discoveries, and technologies. DoR is also the focal point for building the connections, resources, and entrepreneurial energy for the commercialization of NSU Research activities.
NSU Research is actively establishing partnerships with companies, investors, and entrepreneurs interested in utilizing NSU’s vast wet and dry lab space and state-of-the-art Center for Collaborative Research (CCR) to conduct research and develop technologies that will benefit the global community.

The Institutional Review Board (IRB) at Nova Southeastern University is a unit under the direction of the Vice President for Institutional Effectiveness and leads the university's human subject protection program.
