* Due to the requirement to interview potential candidates for the Professional Practice Concentration (ACEND-accredited), applications should be submitted March 1 to allow for adequate processing of file reviews. Positions in the program are offered on a rolling admissions basis as applications are open all year long.
The university recognizes the first week of each semester as the official Add/Drop period. Enrolled students have until 11:59 p.m. on the first Sunday for each semester in order to make any changes to their schedule without incurring any financial penalties. Students cannot voluntarily add a course after this period and must work with the program office to enroll.
Students who drop a course during the second week of class (after the drop/add period ends) will receive a 75 percent tuition refund. A student who drops a course after the second week of class will receive no refund. The withdrawal period opens during the second week of the semester and ends three weeks prior to the end of the semester (based on the official term ending date). Once there are only three weeks left in a course, no withdrawals will be allowed, and the student will receive the final grade earned at the end of the course.
