Dr. Jimena Castro maintains a private practice in Hollywood, FL. Her professional and research interests include Ericksonian hypnosis, brief and post-modern approaches to therapy, and qualitative research methods.

As a member of the Milton H. Erickson Institute of the Bay Area, MHEIBA, Dr. Castro has been teaching internationally on brief relational therapy, couples therapy, and relational approaches to trauma.

Dr. Castro co-directed for two years a COAMFTE accredited program in San Antonio, TX, and a certificate to prepare clinicians in training to offer psychological services for Spanish speaking clients.
