Applicants should submit applications and all supporting documents electronically through AACOMAS online no later than January 15:

  1. Completed AACOMAS application
  2. All official transcripts from the registrars of all colleges and universities attended (this must be mailed directly to AACOMAS by the college or university)
  3. MCAT scores (must be no more than three years from the date the AACOMAS application is submitted.)
  4. Letter of recommendation from the preprofessional committee, or if such a committee does not exist, three letters of evaluation are necessary (two from science professors and one from a non-science professor).  If the applicant has been out of school for at least two years, the applicant should contact an admissions counselor for the College of Osteopathic Medicine for further guidance.
  5. Letter of recommendation from a physician (D.O. or M.D.)

Letters should be signed or submitted on official letterhead.  Letters are to be submitted directly through AACOMAS portal.  Absence of required letters to complete an applicant's file may delay the review of an application.

  1. Completed secondary application
  2. Nonrefundable application fee of $50.00
