Welcome Message

Welcome to NSU’s Bachelor of Science in Public Health!

This innovative academic program is led by the Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine’s esteemed faculty members with an integrated approach to instruction and opportunities for interprofessional engagement. Students will be guided through a blended health science core curriculum with progressive healthcare topics and later fully immersed into community-based public health settings. Each semester is slated to expand the student’s breadth of understanding public health through challenging activities, interactive lectures, domestic and global outreach opportunities, and guest speakers from the public health sector.  As undergraduate students in the Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine, you are presented with a myriad of opportunities to socialize and travel with graduate public health students, graduate human nutrition students, and medical students. Come join our College of Osteopathic Medicine family!
