Florida Community Health Centers, Inc. (FCHC) is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center providing Adult, Pediatric, Obstetrical, and Dental services with 11 sites in six counties around Lake Okeechobee. Our mission is to serve all patients regardless of their socio-economic status.

We accept most insurances, and patients with no insurance are offered a Sliding Fee Scale based on the Federal Poverty Guidelines. All of our sites have labs on site and many have x-ray, case management, and behavioral health services on site as well. We were established in 1976 and are accredited by The Joint Commission. Each of our Primary Care sites has achieved recognition as a level 3 Patient Center Medical Home by NCQA. We are recognized as an industry leader and recently earned the largest HRSA award in the state of Florida for our quality indicators and a ranking in the top 2% nationally! We value family, teamwork, and longevity. Many of our Clinicians and their support staff have been with us more than 10 years. In fact, we have a significant number of staff who have been with us more than 20 years! Our salary and benefits are competitive and we are National Health Service Corp sites.
